Alright, let’s talk about this here LVL dancing hevea assembled wooden flooring. I don’t know much about fancy words, but I know a good floor when I see one.

First off, what’s this “hevea” wood? They also call it rubberwood, you know, the stuff they get rubber from. Never thought you could make a floor out of it, but I guess them city folks can do anything. This hevea wood, it ain’t too hard, not like that oak stuff my grandpa used, but it ain’t too soft neither. They say it’s got a nice color, kinda yellowish-brown, and the lines are all straight. Okay, so it looks purdy, that’s good.

Now, this “LVL” part. That’s somethin’ else they do to the wood, makin’ it stronger, I reckon. They glue a bunch of thin pieces together, like a stack of pancakes but way thinner, and then they press it real hard. Makes it tough, so it don’t bend and break easy. This LVL stuff, they use it for all sorts of things, like them beams in the roof and them big doors on garages. So, if it’s strong enough for that, it’s gotta be strong enough for a floor, even if you got a whole bunch of folks dancin’ on it.

  • Strong wood, that’s important. You don’t want your floor creakin’ and breakin’ every time someone walks on it, let alone dances.
  • Pretty wood is nice too. Nobody wants an ugly floor, even if it’s strong as an ox.

Now, they say this here floor is good for dancing. I remember them old dance halls back in the day, they had floors that bounced a little, you know? Made it easier on your feet, I guess. This floor, it’s kinda like that. They call it “sprung” flooring, sounds fancy, huh? But it just means it gives a little when you step on it, so you don’t get all tired from stompin’ your feet. That’s important if you’re gonna be dancin’ all night, or if you got them kids runnin’ around all day.

This particular floor, they call it NB-F1893, sounds like a robot name to me, but whatever. It’s a portable kind of floor, which means you can take it apart and move it around. I guess that’s good if you want to have a dance floor in your yard one day and in your basement the next. Or maybe if you got one of them dance studios and you need to move the floor around sometimes.

They talk about how hard this wood is too. Somethin’ called Janka hardness, never heard of it, but they say it’s 960 somethin’ or other. Means it ain’t gonna scratch up too easy, I reckon. You know, kids draggin’ chairs, dogs runnin’ around with their claws, that sort of thing. This floor, it should hold up pretty good.

And get this, some folks use even fancier stuff on top, like them vinyl planks. Makes it waterproof, they say. Now, I ain’t never had a waterproof floor, but I guess it’d be good for the kitchen, or maybe the bathroom, if you’re one of them fancy folks with wood floors in the bathroom. Me, I just got linoleum, but hey, to each their own. They got this stuff called AC3 somethin’ somethin’ they put on them floors, makes ‘em tough, they say it’s the toughest you can get for your house. So even them folks with big families and lots a’ stomping around won’t mess it up.

So, all in all, this LVL dancing hevea assembled wooden flooring seems like a pretty good deal. It’s strong, it’s purdy, it’s good for dancing, and it won’t scratch up too easy. And if you get that waterproof stuff on top, well, you can spill your tea and it won’t hurt a thing. Of course, I’m just tellin’ you what I heard, I ain’t no expert. But if I was lookin’ for a new floor, I’d definitely give this stuff a look.

Now, where did I put my glasses? Can’t see a darn thing without them…
