• Put them felt pads under your furniture legs.
• Don’t drag heavy things across the floor.

If you get a scratch or somethin’, don’t fret too much. There’s these little fix-it kits you can get, with colored pencils and stuff. You can just fill it in, and it’ll look good as new. I had a big ol’ scratch from when my dog got excited chasin’ a squirrel indoors. Fixed it right up, you couldn’t even tell!

Now, some folks say this waterproof stuff is the best, but I don’t know about all that. I reckon as long as you don’t let water sit on it, you’ll be fine. I’ve had this floor in my kitchen for five years now, and it’s held up just fine, even with all the spills from my cookin’. And let me tell you, I ain’t the neatest cook in the world.
